Select a color and/or size and click on 'Add to cart'. Of course, you can continue shopping, and you can always return to your shopping cart by clicking the ‘cart icon’ in the top right corner.

Please note: If items are in your shopping cart, it does not mean they are reserved.

Done shopping? It's time to complete your order. Click the ‘cart icon’ in the top right corner to go to your shopping items. In the next screen, you can adjust the quantities if needed. Then click the 'Proceed to checkout' button. You will land on the checkout page, where you can easily fill in all your details on one page.

Please note: Once your order is completed, you cannot change it, as your order is immediately processed so that you can receive it as quickly as possible.


WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shop covers the shipping costs. So, you don't pay for shipping.*

*You will, however, need to cover the return shipping costs yourself.


CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Yes, we send all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, and you'll receive a link to this page via email once your order has been shipped.

It may take a while before the Track & Trace status becomes available.


WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Shop strives for fast delivery of products. If you place an order on weekdays before 15:00, we aim to process it the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly by our suppliers, so the average delivery time, depending on the product, is 3 - 7 business days.


WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN THE DELIVERY COMES?

If your package can't be delivered, it will be waiting for you for 7 days at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders). You'll receive a notification from the driver with the pickup location details. After 7 days, PostNL will return the package to our warehouse.


WRONG ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We make every effort to expedite processing and shipping, and there is a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Contact us immediately if you think you've provided the wrong shipping address.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates that your package was delivered to your address but you haven’t received it, please notify us. After 14 days from the indicated delivery date, an investigation will be initiated by PostNL, and we will keep you updated until the investigation is completed.
